Our Global Professional Sevices client needs a very technical and people person with strong customer support and customer service skills..
Someone flexible who can work 10 am -6 pm, but if you need 9am-5pm the client will consider.. must be flexible as and might have to put o/t to solve a problem (Paid)
Facilitate and own all workstation deployment and user support requests for the firm. the firm has about 200+ workstations Troubleshoot a wide range of software and hardware issues, providing on-site support as well as backup support to all other offices. Manage and assist with the implementation, integration, and training for any new or existing application or system rollouts.
College degree not necessary but need courses or certificates 
  • Strong knowledge of information technology at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business or information technology, or a closely related field, technical training, or equivalent experience. Microsoft certification/training strongly desired.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience providing desktop support, preferably in a large professional-services environment.
